Skewered Shrimp – Jumbo Gulf Shrimp marinated in lime and
cilantro served chilled with a jigger of Mardi Gras Cocktail Sauce

Rasta Shrimp – four fresh gulf shrimps deep fried and seasoned with Rasta Herbs accompanied by a jigger of Carib-sauce

Bread and Butter – a basket of our crusty “Low Country” bread coated in spring garlic butter and toasted to perfection

featuring CRUSTY “Low Country” bread, baked daily. All Po Boys served with your choice of Island Slaw or Tropical Fruit Cup

Shrimp Po-Boy – New Orleans style sautéed fresh gulf shrimps, perched atop a bed of romaine lettuce, red onion, and olive relish with tarter sauce on the side.

Rasta Shrimp Oh-Boy – Fresh Gulf shrimps lightly breaded and seasoned with our secret blend of Rasta Herbs and deep-fried to a golden brown, topped with shredded lettuce and Carib-sauce.

Fish Po-Boy – Giant crispy Cod filet deep-fried to perfection and topped with lettuce, tomato and pickle and served with tarter sauce on the side

Polish Po-Boy– All Beef Polish Sausage, split and grilled, smothered in onions, bell peppers and sauerkraut and lathered with “Philippe’s Hot Mustard” tm.

Tender slow-cooked chicken breast marinated in Citrus and Cilantro,  served on a bed of sliced cucumbers and tomato


Bull Tacos (2)
Two X-large soft-shell shredded beef tacos with Havarti cheese and lettuce. Served with red beans and rice and fresh tomato slices

Fish Tacos (2)
Catch of the Day, lightly breaded and deep fired to a golden brown, with creamy cucumber slaw.  Served with red beans and rice and fresh tomato slices

Chicken Tacos- (2)
Shredded Island Cilantro Chicken with lettuce strips and tasty tropical salsa.  Served with a fresh Island Fruit Cup.
